Payments made online by credit card are made directly on the secure servers of our bank Crédit Agricole. We have no access to your bank details.

Delivery and returns
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole, by cheque or directly in store.
In the event of an order by mail, the order must include payment by cheque for the amount of the order, shipping costs included.

DELIVERY COSTS
For all orders, except in-store pick-up, delivery costs will be charged. The amount will be shown before the order is validated by the customer.
DELIVERY via Points Relais
RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER
According to article 121-19 of the consumer code, the customer has a period of 7 days following delivery to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of costs to return.
This period is exactly seven days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
In order to receive a refund, the products must be returned complete and in perfect condition for resale, including original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any dispute, in case of loss by the carrier of the returned product, always use a transport service that allows the package to be tracked and insure this package at the market value of the product.
