Refresher instructors
In 2019 the new Instructor Training Order requires a 2-day refresher course and a flight assessment within the year
- The two-day training course, mainly in the classroom, provides instructors with up-to-date information on:
a) Regulations, legal aspects related to the exercise of the training activity, as well as accidentology;
b) Human factors, threat and error management, and pedagogy;
c) Mechanics and maintenance of ULM. - A control flight
The control flight must enable the examiner to assess the instructor’s ability to deliver training in accordance with the required standards according to the level of technicality specific to each class.
Control flight: Class 1 paramotor
- Control flights are by appointment, in the year preceding the expiry of the validity of the instructor rating.
- The flights are preferably done with the instructor’s own equipment, but possibility to rent from the school.
